Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Jake Sales
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, usually within 3-5 business days, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange.
